Suspicious Activity 3000 Block of Matador
There was a report of suspicious activity on the 3000 block of Matador from Saturday, April 25 through Monday, April 27. It appears people may have been casing houses in that area. There was a parked car late at night and early the next morning with someone just sitting in it. The person claimed they were looking for someone. There has also been a report of young people fooling around with mailboxes.
This is in addition to some home break-ins and burglary in the 3000 block of Matador (see post at http://ghscgna.forumotion.com/recent-house-or-property-vandalism-f4/break-in-arrests-3000-block-of-matador-drive-t23.htm) and both drivers side windows being broken out of a car on that same street (see post at http://ghscgna.forumotion.com/recent-car-vandalism-f3/car-windows-broken-t26.htm) Saturday, April 25.
As always, if you experience any type of vandalism or see what you believe is suspicious activity you should immediately report it to APD. The neighbors have requested and received additional APD surveillance for the area.
