Trash Bins Left Out...

It's disapointing to see those few neighbors who find it difficult to take their empty trash bins off the street days after they've been emptied. I'm not sure if there is a law about having them out days after being emptied, but it certainly isn't nice to look at. In some instances I've seen them left out at least 5 days after they've been emptied.

Anyone else find it unsightly and irresponsible for your neighbors to do that?
