Extra time on my hands - does anyone need any help??

I'm a long-time resident of Albuquerque (50+ years), and have lived in Glenwood Hills South since 1986. I have a home-based business and occasionally have some spare time on my hands. I would love to find someone in our neighborhood that could use some help. I can cook, do laundry and I’m also pretty computer literate (I could help someone with
Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook). I’m not looking for someone to work for (I already have a boss – me!) and I’m not asking for money (just a smile and a thank you would be awesome). I can only help Monday through Friday during the day as I have a husband that likes for me to be home when he's here.
