			<description>About 1:30 this afternoon (8/24/09) two car loads of young men pulled up, got out of their cars, went down into the culvert between 3409 and 3501 Embudito and were down there for about 1 hour.  I called 242-COPS and they were to send someone out but they left before the police arrived.  I gave them basic descriptions of the vehicles but was unable to get license plate numbers. 			<description>There was a report of suspicious activity on the 3000 block of Matador from Saturday, April 25 through Monday, April 27. It appears people may have been casing houses in that area. There was a parked car late at night and early the next morning with someone just sitting in it. The person claimed they were looking for someone. There has also been a report of young people fooling around with mailboxes.
