Opposing Impact Fees

The below message was sent Saturday, August 15 by Don Couchman to all nine City Councilors as a reminder of our recorded position on Impact Fees.

Ladies and Gentleman of the City Council, since I will not be attending the City Council meeting Monday night, I wish to remind you of our organization's position on Impact Fees. As previously stated, on July 23rd our District 8 Coalition met and a motion was passed unanimously: "To oppose any and all legislation that would reduce or impair impact fees unilaterally."
