Hello,
My name is Eric Werner, and I am an Event Supervisor for the City of Albuquerque. In case you haven't heard, we have a new category in this year's Twinkle Light Parade. 2009 will be the inaugural year for the Neighborhood Association Float category. We are challenging neighborhood associations all over the City to rally their forces and create the winning float in their category. The winning group will receive the TLP Neighborhood Cup, and bragging rights for the whole year, until the 2010 TLP Neighborhood Cup is up for grabs. For further details, and to download a parade application, please visit the official Twinkle Light Parade website.
